Michael Rolston
Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
Michael Rolston is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Alder Cove Services, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across technology, business transformation, financial management, and complex service delivery. He has led the design and implementation of large-scale case management and digital service platforms supporting organizations across the social sector, including workforce reintegration programs for veterans and national rehabilitation initiatives.
Prior to founding Alder Cove, Michael held senior executive roles with the Province of British Columbia and national service organizations, overseeing multi-million and billion-dollar programs, complex procurement initiatives, enterprise technology transitions, and operational transformation projects. His experience spans strategic planning, process design, governance, large scale procurement, stakeholder engagement, and leading high-performing teams.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA).
Jamie Tasko
Chief Technology Officer / Co-Founder
Jamie Tasko is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Alder Cove Services, bringing more than 30 years of experience in enterprise architecture, software development, and technology leadership. He specializes in designing scalable, integrated technology platforms that align complex business requirements with secure, high-performing digital solutions.
Throughout his career, Jamie has led the technical design and delivery of mission-critical systems for global financial organizations, public sector agencies, and municipal governments. His experience includes enterprise system architecture, case management platform development, systems integration, cloud and modular solution design, and leading technical teams through complex digital transformation initiatives. Most notably, he played a key leadership role in the development and delivery of a comprehensive case management ecosystem supporting Veterans Affairs Canada programs.
Jamie holds a Master of Science in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University London. Outside of his professional work, he has remained active in the international sports community, including co-founding and managing the England Indoor Lacrosse team.
Adam Mohns
Chief operating officer
Adam Mohns is the Chief Operating Officer of Alder Cove Services, bringing more than 15 years of experience in business analysis, performance measurement, process development, and operational reporting. He specializes in aligning compliance requirements, client delivery, operational workflows, service delivery processes, and performance oversight to support efficient, accountable, and high-quality care operations.
Throughout his career, Adam has contributed to the design, development, implementation, support, and ongoing improvement of programs supporting government and public sector service delivery. His experience includes business process analysis, reporting frameworks, operational support, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and accountability.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and working in his garden.
